How many are thinking of going?
I'm definitely considering it.

I think for me it will depend on the weather. Sidekick doesn't generally do events, but since there will be caches after who knows.

Maybe if the weather is decent ... and I'm in town. We'll see.

I'm gonna go with the weather thing, too.

So far the weather is looking good. Sunny and 32 degrees.
I believe I have the day off but regardless, I will be there. If nothing else, will get the smilie and information and plan a trip up there the following week sometime.

so, in light of the conversations we had last night, I suggest we start some planning.

wvhunter was speaking of leaving around 8. I'm guessing he means from Fairmont, but I could be wrong.

the Morgantown contingent could feasibly be assembled at the Sabraton Sheetz (open to other possibilities, but sidekick does like a getting coffee and a schmuffin for the road) at whatever the appointed rendezvous time is.

Then...we drive to the event. After that all heck breaks loose, we have no plan and chaos ensues.

Happy 2013!

Works for me. Although, Street Atlas is predicting 1:52 from Sheetz to the Hancock Town Hall. It will probably go faster than that, given good weather ... probably closer to 1:40. But we may want to plan on leaving Sheetz in Sabraton by 8am.

Leaving from Sabraton Sheetz @ 8 works fine for me.
Not sure about the rest of the Fairmont group tho.

Wanted to check in and see what people were thinking about the event. I heard wvhunter may have the flu. I'm currently recovering from a stomach bug, so I'm playing it on a day-by-day basis. Hopefully by tomorrow I'll be back to mostly normal.

Curious to hear who all is (or will be) working on the MML caches and what zones you've managed to so far. Our group of Gentleman-Carpenter, Aquacache and me got Zones 8 & 6 after the event.
