Heads up Gang....Mark it on your calendar because it's going to be AWESOME! And I have at least one new game in mind.

The 5th Great MEAT-n-Greet at Coopers Rock
Saturday, July 17, 2010
11:00 – 5:00
Shelter #3

Provided of course that I call and reserve said shelter before someone else. But that's never been a problem in the past.

More details and lists and your standard Big Event Coordinating Carp to follow.

Awesome -- I'd love an excuse to spend a day at Coopers Rocks! I'll hope the date says open on my calendar. :)

I went ahead and posted your info. on the MSGS forums too, so the eastern panhandle will know to save the date as well.

Obligatory checklist to follow. And again. And again. Etc, etc, etc.

Was wondering about checklist. Thread seems kinda bare without a checklist.

FYI

I have a grill, but I have no way to transport it to Coopers Rock this year. Foxtrot Bravo (aka my Dad) sold his truck.

Also in exciting news Let's Make A Deal will be back and this time we're gonna have a Wheel of Morality. Be ready!

I'm planning on submitting the cache page after the first of the month. For those folks who don't get notifications I'll be sure to let you know when it goes live.

Cache page has been submitted.

Looks like July 17 is going to be a busy day at Coopers Rock - all the pavilions have now been reserved.

Put me down for Dinner plates, Plastic silverware, Napkins, and Styrofoam cups. As always I'll be there early to late for the helping.
