Yeah well, my last attempt at rounding up MAGPI for an event (see: Sojourn in the Sods) was pretty much a complete failure. So I thought the quiet approach may produce better.

I'm elated that y'all are considering the event. I really didn't throw much on it in terms of activities, but let me know if you have any requests. As far as I know I may try to do some caching after the event as there are (believe it or not) a few caches in Jackson County I haven't gotten. Of course some of them require a 4X4...so I'm wondering if Wintz50 will bring his machine. My brother will be in from Charlotte for a few days. I have to, um, work on Monday-Wednesday next week so I thought about hauling him somewhere with me early next week...POSSIBLY taking him to do Gadgets of Deckers Creek.

We could have a wet t-shirt contest...then all you'd have to do is walk outside and you'd have your wish. Hmmmm....?

I have a TB for you spotty. 'Tis a pony and everything. You can even brush its hair.

Fine dining. You've prob'ly never heard of it. Goes by the name Burger King.

There are other options in Ripley if ya wanna get better grub before the meet n greet. Crabbie Patti's is a pretty cool place.

Obviously I didn't put a lot if effort into this'n. BK has a pretty big dining room and I've rarely seen it busy. It is also real close to the Merry Christmas cache. The other option was Fratello's but there tends to be a significant after-church crowd there at times.

Um. just a suggestion. You are supposed to imply you put blood, sweat and tears into planning this event.

I think you should keep your car out of your swimming pool. Gets oil in the water.

(ps. room in the GCC light if you'd like to join in. Can pick you up at OUCH!!!)

SSPG has talked me into going despite the fact that there is a BK about 1500 feet from my home. See everyone there.

And worse ... water in the oil.

Sounds good to me, just let me know what time.
As for the car in the pool, is has all this winter dirt and to cold to wash it, so a dip might not be too bad.
Kind of reminds me of the movie about the Baby Ruth candy bar in the pool. I can't remember the name of the movie but it still cracks me up.
